We aspire to be a dynamic Christian community within the heart of Belfast's university area, centred on worshipping God, welcoming others into our fellowship, and bearing witness to the gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord.
Our mission
As disciples of Jesus, we strive to build vibrant lives, strong families and a caring fellowship. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we seek to develop a vital preaching and teaching ministry, aimed at drawing people of all ages to salvation in Christ, nurturing them in the faith and equipping them to serve God at home and beyond.
Our values
The Bible
The Bible is the Word of God and central to everything we do.
Preaching
Preaching is the means God has ordained to build up his people and bring salvation to those who do not yet know him.
Prayer
Recognising our dependence on God, we make prayer a vital priority in church life.
Fellowship
As brothers and sisters in Christ, we want to grow in love for one another as we grow in love for God.
Evangelism
We want to share the Gospel so that others will know Jesus Christ and worship him. This desire drives our outreach ministries and our support for mission across the world.
Our community
We are deeply committed to the Stranmillis and University communities, and long to see lives changed and a new generation equipped to be faithful for Christ.
The reformed faith
Our theology is rooted in the doctrines of grace, and summarised in the Westminster Confession of Faith. We subscribe to a Presbyterian form of church government.
